Damselfly

At certain times of the year damselflys are quite numerous on the River Ebble. This is a female banded demoiselle, the name comes from the males which have dark blue bands on their wings. This one was very obliging a kept still long enough for me to change lense and get a couple of good shotswhile the sunlight was directly on her.
