Rural Landscapes
Many of the landscapes that you see in photographic magazines are taken in the North or West of Britain. The landscapes here are wilder, more rugged and on the whole easier to photograph.
In Southern England much of the landscape is farmland and not necessarily so compelling for landscape photographers. Even when we do see images of the South they tend to be of the coastline.
So really this gallery is an attempt to redress the balance and show that you don't need to head north or to the coast for dramatic landscapes.
