The New Forest
Autumn in the New Forest
Our dog and I had been wandering around the New Forest for several hours by the time I found this spot. I was looking for a location that had a woodland floor free from sticks and branches because I wanted to emphasise the carpet of beech leaves. The patches of sunlight and shadow give the scene an extra dimension.
Equipment EOS 5D, 20-35mm lense, polariser, tripod, dog biscuits
